We aim to dispatch products promptly within 24 hours, that is usually on the day the product has been purchased. However due to the time when some orders reach us please allow 48 hours before dispatch. Overseas buyers please remember the time difference. Orders from the West Coast of America will arrive in the UK in the middle of our night.

Postal Options: UK orders are posted by either First Class Post or Next Day Special Delivery in most cases the option is available at check out. International is sent by International Signed For post. Special Delivery and International Signed For included in cost is product insurance.

Large or heavy orders may be dispatched  by UK or international courier, but we will advise you on postage costs before dispatch.
